alhamdulilLaH, berjaya juga ana melawan kemalasan melampau dikala kesejukan -30*C menyelubungi iowa..post kali ni lebih kpd perkongsian pengalaman ana bermusafir ke selatan amerika..overall, there are six states that we went for this trip. Atlanta, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, and Missouri..along the way, ade gak singgah purdue,indiana..jumpe students msia n makan2..

first, we headed to georgia,atlanta where we had our very first muktamar(convention) in uSA..distance jauh y amat..20 hours driving..before that, sempat siggah chicago, g fetch asilah..alrite, back to muktamar, motto for this year is, "Holding fast to the rope of ALLAH, creating synergy to the community..it was organized by the IMSA(Indonesian Muslim Society A@#@$) and MISG(Malaysian Islamic Study Group) which ran for 4 days..if im not mistaken, this is the 35th muktamar organized in USA..alhamdulilLah, this year's participants reached up to 700++ people..meriah amat!!this is a very good program to strengthen unity among muslim community in USA..plus, dpt b'kenalan ngn ramai sahabat2 malaysia from serata USA..


in general, the talks and discussions covered the fundamental needed by muslims to establish daulah islamiyah..start from individual, family, society, country and of course to the whole universe..the speakers are, sheikh Omar Baloch(ulamak Chicago), ustaz Zamry(timbalan mufti Perak) and few sheikh from indonesia yang namanya susah nak engt..hehe.. insyaAllah, i'll share what ive gained in this beloved blog next time kayh..takut panjang sgt nnt..;)

after spending like 5 days in atlanta, we drove down to orlando, FLorida..the journey wasn't that bad as it only took about 9 hours driving..in here, we spent some time for vacation..we went to the universal studio(best teramat!!), daytona beach(murah teramat!),and wonderworks(kagum teramat!!)..it was awesome!!as we were running out of time, we didnt get to visit disney world and miami beach..xpe, 4tahun kt sini..hehe..

next, we went to Montgomery, Alabama..it was just an ordinary place with many blacks.hehe..the buildings pn xla besar sgt..biase2 je..:)yang bestny, merasa gak la jd imam kt masjid dieorg..;) kt masjid tu juga, we had our breakfast, lunch and dinner at one time..gosh!lapa sgguh~

after jama' magrib and isyak (kul 5pm), we rushed to memphis, Tennessee to celebrate new year..and of course, another 7 hours driving..highway die lurus cm pembaris..tu yang drive smpai 106 miles a.k.a 180km/h..cm nk terbang keta..hehe..the new year celebration was so so..myb didnt reach my expectation..especially the fireworks, so LAME~~ one thing im still wondering, what new year really mean to the american..sbb mlm tu, sume b'kepit n get drunk kt bar..permulaan yang baik kahh itu??amerika oo..amerika..

then, we visited st Louis, Missouri..solat subuh kt masjid bilal bin Rabbah and prepare food skit2..fyi, mkanan for this trip mostly roti ngn tuna..sampai badan ana pun da rase cam ikan sbb byk sgt mkn tuna..haha..kt sini pun, pusing2 skejap tgk2 scenery menarik n btolak balik to iowa..engt nak round lama skit, tp keta sewa dah nak kena return..so,next time lor..

in conclusion,i feel so grateful that our trip went safe and sound..the expenses was reasonable and we enjoyed it so much..at the same time, ilmu fiqah dpt diperluas..bak kate junaidi, ilmu fiqh itu luas, tp disempitkan oleh mereka-mereka yang berfikiran sempit..persoalan tentang solat, penentuan kiblat,wudhuk, makanan dan byk lagi dpt dihayati dgn lebih mendalam melalui permusafiran kali ini..persahabatan sesama kami insyaAllah semakin utuh walaupun ada yang mengasingkan diri..nak wat camne kn..nasiblah labu..mudah2an kami masih lagi diberikan ruang dan peluang utk menziarahi seluruh muka bumi USa..aamminn..
